Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services

We bring services to where they are needed most which may include your home, in the community, or via telehealth. This flexibility allows our team to support clients in natural environments where challenges and successes occur.

Services We Offer

  • Individual Counseling– Individualized counseling sessions focused on helping adults understand the root causes of their mental health challenges or distress, gain valuable insight and awareness and strengthen emotional resilience.
  • Behavioral Intervention– Hands-on support to help individuals replace maladaptive behaviors with better options.
  • Skills Training & Integration– Coaching to help individuals learn and practice effective coping skills or other life skills to manage mental health symptoms, distress or other conflicts, as well as improve or maintain independence.

Eligibility Requirements

Adults may qualify for services if they:
  • Are 18 years or older
  • Have a mental health diagnosis verified by a licensed professional
  • Are enrolled in or eligible for North Dakota Medicaid
  • Live in North Dakota
  • Demonstrate a need for rehabilitative and/or therapeutic services to maintain or improve daily functioning and well-being. 
Referrals can come from physicians, social workers, hospitals, or community agencies. Individuals and families may also contact us directly to make a referral.
