Individual and Group Counseling

Eligibility Requirements

Adults may qualify for services if they:

  • Are 18 years or older
  • Have a mental health diagnosis verified by a licensed professional
  • Are enrolled in or eligible for North Dakota Medicaid
  • Demonstrate a need for rehabilitative or therapeutic services to maintain or improve daily functioning

Referrals can come from physicians, social workers, hospitals, or community agencies. Individuals and families may also contact us directly for screening and intake.
