Brittney Lindsey

Clinical Director
MSW, LICSW, LCSW

I am truly honored to serve as the Clinical Director at NuPath Behavioral Health. With nearly 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families in community, residential, and clinical settings across North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. The strength, courage, and resilience of the people I meet continue to inspire me every day.

My clinical approach is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Practice, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. These guide me in creating services that are not only evidence-based, but compassionate, person-centered, and deeply respectful of each

My goal is to support our clinical team in providing evidence-based, culturally responsive care that reaches beyond the walls of a clinic and into the spaces where people live, grow, and heal. Access to meaningful mental health care is vital, and I am deeply committed to expanding that support throughout North Dakota so individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Thank you for considering us to be part of your journey. It is a privilege to walk alongside you.

Lauren Lund

Treatment Director
MA, LPCC-S, LPCC

As Treatment Director at NuPath Behavioral Health, I am committed to leading clinical services that honor trauma-informed care and whole-person healing.

As a licensed professional clinical counselor–supervisor with 10 years of experience in community-based programs, outpatient settings, and hospital care across North Dakota, Colorado, and Minnesota, I bring a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

My approach integrates evidence-based and mind–body interventions to help clients feel safe, empowered, and understood. I believe deeply that rural communities deserve the same high-quality, trauma-responsive care found anywhere else, and I am dedicated to ensuring we uphold that standard.

In this role, my focus is to guide our team in providing effective, culturally responsive treatment that supports meaningful healing and accessible care across North Dakota. I am excited to see where this path will take us.
